Refund Policy

Email hello@thesipclub.co within 60 days of delivery, including your order number or the email address used at checkout.

The guarantee applies to Sip Club electrolyte products purchased directly through our website, including opened or tried products.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For a full-order refund, we refund the amount paid, including applicable taxes and original delivery charges.

We’ll email you when your refund has been issued. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display it.

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items or hasn’t arrived, email hello@thesipclub.co with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos of damaged or incorrect items can help us resolve it.
